From the North (Gaithersburg, Germantown, Frederick and North): Take I-270 South and take Exit 8 for Shady Grove Road. Follow signs for Shady Grove Road West. Bear Right off ramp on to Shady Grove Road. Drive West on Shady Grove Road. Make a left turn onto Research Blvd. Make another left turn immediately past the small concrete lane divide (comes up quickly!) into the back parking lot of That's Amore restaurant. Go straight through the lot without turning past the Bank of America building. Our office is in the red brick building that says Macrogenics on it in white letters. The entrance has two red brick pillars in front of it. We are in Suite 101, just past Suite 101B. Make sure you are on the ground floor on the southwest side of the building.

From the South (Rockville, Bethesda, Potomac, Silver Spring and South): Take I-270 North and take Exit 8 for Shady Grove Road. Follow signs for Shady Grove Road West. Turn Left at the traffic light off the ramp onto Shady Grove Road. Drive West on Shady Grove Road. Make a left turn onto Research Blvd. Make another left turn immediately past the small concrete lane divide (comes up quickly!) into the back parking lot of That's Amore restaurant. Alternate Route from the South: Drive North on I-270 and exit at 6B Darnestown/Route 28 West. Head West through 3 traffic lights until you reach Research Blvd. Make a right onto Research Blvd and continue past the light at W. Gude Drive until you almost get to Shady Grove Road (just past the driveway to 2501 Research Blvd). Just prior to Shady Grove Road, turn Right in to parking lot behind That's Amore restaurant.
