Coby Flagg, OD
Dr. Flagg is a pediatric optometrist dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive eye care tailored to the unique needs of every child.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Flagg completed her undergraduate studies at Western Washington University and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon. She then completed advanced residency training in Pediatric Optometry, Binocular Vision, and Vision Rehabilitation at the Illinois Eye Institute in Chicago, Illinois.
Her residency provided extensive experience caring for patients of all ages – including infants – and handling medical eye conditions, ocular disease, and eye emergencies. Dr. Flagg’s clinical interests include the prevention and management of amblyopia (lazy eye), management of pediatric and adult strabismus (eye misalignment), myopia control, binocular vision dysfunction, ocular disease, and pediatric low vision.
Additionally, she specializes in myopia management, offering advanced treatments such as MiSight® soft contact lenses and Stellest® spectacle lenses to help slow the progression of nearsightedness in children.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Flagg enjoys traveling with friends and family, reading novels, baking, and watching movie marathons.
