Enhanced Protocols & Preventive Measures

The health and well-being of our patients and care team has always been our highest priority, and we are here to reassure you that our enhanced protocols and preventive measures are providing a sanitary, clean, and safe environment for you and your children so that we can continue to provide expert care.

We are closely monitoring the guidance of the Centers for Diseases Control and the World Health Organization and will adjust our protocols according to their recommendations. All of our staff is subject to the same self-quarantine guidelines as we are requesting of you. We are requesting that any patient reschedule their appointment if they:

  • Have been exposed to or encountered anyone who may have contracted COVID-19 (Coronavirus);
  • Are feeling sick (coughing, sneezing, sore throat, shortness of breath) or have experienced fever or other flu-like symptoms within the past fourteen (14) days.

We have removed all toys and books from the reception areas for safety measures. All attempts will be made to room patients immediately upon check in whenever possible. 
If you have an existing appointment, we look forward to seeing you and want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to promote a safe and secure experience.
