The technician we met with first was friendly, soft-spoken, & calming. She was able to redirect & find other ways to evaluate when my 4 year old son refused to participate in certain portions of the vision testing. Dr. Rosin was also able to engage my son & make him laugh. When my son (again) refused to do certain parts of the eye exam, he was able to choose alternative options in order to complete the remainder of his examination without getting frustrated. I appreciate that they were able to work with my son & that the exam was not cut short nor the situation escalated.
